Charter parties are commercially sensitive. Here is, in plain terms, how CP Reader handles them.

Who can see my contracts?

Only you, and teammates you invite to your team workspace. Access is enforced on our servers for every request, not just hidden in the screen.

How is AI used?

Your documents are sent to AI models only to produce your analysis, comparison, email drafts and sheets. Results are stored in your account; we do not sell or share your contracts.

Can I check what the AI says?

Yes. Every extracted term carries a citation — the file, the page and the verbatim quote — so you can verify it against the clause in one click before relying on it.

Where is my data kept?

Documents are stored in our cloud database and file storage over encrypted connections. Copies cached in your browser for fast reopening are encrypted.

How do I delete my data?

Email info@vectralogix.com from your account email and we will delete your contracts and analysis within one month. Closing your account removes your data in line with our Privacy Notice.
