These Terms & Conditions govern your use of products on *.vectralogix.com (the “Service”), operated by VectraLogix Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Account and credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• infringe intellectual property or other rights of third parties;
• upload or process content you do not have the right to use;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent any technical limits;
• generate, distribute, or facilitate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.

4. Intellectual property

We own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, branding, documentation, and underlying technology, subject to third-party licences. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription term, strictly in accordance with your selected plan.

You retain ownership of the documents and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Payments, billing and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, subscription renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. By subscribing, you agree to those terms.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our acceptable use policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

7. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
